www.acalmyou.com I am Trisha McKeown, a Qualified & Insured Mindfulness Instructor helping you to manage your stress and anxiety and improve your well-being both physically and emotionally. I genuinely believe that if you look after your health and well-being you can cope with all the ups and downs of life. I am proud to teach SMART (Stress Management And Relaxation Techniques) using Mindfulness and Meditation to help improve your emotional well-being. I am concentrating on sharing Mindfulness, Meditation and Relaxation techniques from 2019 as I have come to realise there is a greater need to find ways to cope with stress.
