I am a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor and Supervisor. I am an accredited member of IAHIP https://iahip.org
I have been working in private practice for over 15 years.
My background is Nursing and I have a special interest in working with the meaning of illness in our lives.I am interested in grief and health.
I am a qualified accredited Supervisor with IAHIP and work with students and trained therapists as clinical supervisor. I hold training in Sensory Motor Psychotherapy a specialist trauma training.
I am currently doing a course in the Art of Living and Dying, exploring end of life therapies.
I believe the source of inner healing lies within each of us and I use many creative practices to support the therapeutic process.
I am also training at present with the International Institute for Visualisation, a method using imagery to access our inner healing wisdom.
The Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapists (IAHIP) sets and maintains the standards of relevant psychotherapy training and practice in Ireland. We represent humanistic and integrative psychotherapy at national and international levels.
