Advanced Reflexology Practitioner - Including Facial reflexology, Palliative reflexology, Reflexology Lymph Drainage, Reflexology for Pregnancy After retiring from Nursing and Midwifery, I did Level 5 Reflexology with The Dorothy Kelly Academy learning to adapt reflexology treatments to the Client's needs. I offer hand and foot and facial reflexology for various conditi

ons (menopause, pregnancy, fertility and palliative) and for deep relaxation and general wellbeing. I carry out treatments in my home in Boho, Co Fermanagh and I will travel to your home if you are unable to travel to me. Reflexology is a holistic therapy where pressure is applied to points on the feet, hands, ears or face to bring about balance, relaxation and healing. It can help relieve anxiety and stress, improve sleep and relaxation. It is not used to diagnose or cure disease but may complement other treatments. In addition to reflexology I do a rejuvenating facial acupressure treatment and cranial acupressure treatment.
