It offers a way to explore feelings, make sense of experiences, develop coping strategies, and find personal strengths.

Key Benefits of Counselling:

Confidentiality: Provides a private and safe space to discuss any issues, no matter how personal.

Emotional Support: Helps you to explore and understand your feelings without judgment.

Coping Strategies: Develops new ways to manage your illness and emotions.
