Hello everyone, trying to keep well. As I say in my own household no better way but to eat well as all the vitamins and minerals can be found in our foods, and if you can find time for some dialysis exercise. The only sunscreen I have ever used! So no exaggeration to say it is one of my all time favourite FLP products. With 30 SPF, it protects your skin whilst allowing your natural skin colour to develop. The sunshine sure is very welcome these challenging days, just don’t forget to apply your sunscreen, if you are fortunate to be able to find a quiet socially distanced spot to absorb some of its warming rays!
