Each week, take ten quiet minutes to write:
– What went well in my sessions?
– What felt heavy or draining?
– What did I learn about myself as a practitioner?
– What could I explore or adjust in the coming week?

Reflection keeps your practice alive — it turns experience into wisdom. For those of you who are not Reiki practitioners, a weekly reflection can be a great way to bring insight and improvement to your daily life.
