Go for a walk and maybe take your camera. It's such a beautiful time of year as shown here after a walk yesterday at the National Trust's Polesden Lacey near Leatherhead where they actually have a mindfulness walk with some uplifting mindful messages along the way. For some mindful wisdom plus a lovely relaxing voice follow this guy, John Butler. I met him pre-pandemic in January 2020 when I went on one of his mindful meditation retreats. He is becoming a You-Tube phenomena and local celeb in his home town of Bakewell in Derbyshire.
