This post is for counsellors/therapists, especially those working with clients who have experienced I completed all 4 levels of Lifespan Integration UK and witnessed amazing results so I wanted to let you know about the upcoming Level 1 Lifespan Integration (LI) training as it's one that I highly recommend. The training is being held in London on 28th February/1st March 2026.

Lifespan Integration is a gentle, trauma-informed therapy that works directly with the nervous system and is especially effective for developmental and attachment trauma. I’ve found it to be a powerful and compassionate approach in my own work.

I spent the weekend training with Lifespan Integration UK learning about healing early childhood attachment issues and we need to use dolls to represent the baby. I knew my daughters and granddaughters dolls would be useful one day, they are 32 and 16 years old now!
