🥳Happy 1st Birthday Little Health Barn ! 🥳

Can’t quite believe The Little Health Barn has been going a whole year ! And what a year it has been with over a thousand of patients walking through that door and leaving feeling better.

Whilst I have been very lucky over the years to work in lots of wonderful spaces, this has quickly become my favourite and I really do believe there is a little bit of magic in those walls.

I love doing what I do but this year it has felt even more special supporting inspiring women in my new home.

The biggest of THANK YOUs to everyone who has been there for me, I truly have the best family, friends and of course the best patients.....

We rarely get to be together as we are so busy with our own patients but last night we made it !

Feel incredibly proud to be able to house such expertise at The Little Health Barn. All together we represent over 50 years experience of helping people feel better !

If you haven’t already come across these magnificent women - I highly recommend you do, although they are pretty booked up !


- local physio / pilates legend - offering MSK health, specialised Women’s Health and Mummy MOTs.

- new to the area with over 20 years experience offering osteopathy, chronic pain coaching and cranial osteopathy. Absolutely brilliant with all ages.

- possibly the busiest counsellor in Surrey which is unsurprising when you meet her. Offering support in bereavement, grief, anxiety, trauma and so much more.

It would seem The Little Health Barn has become a very special place in a very short time ❤️

Such a fab few days in clinic to kick off 2025 - crazy busy but helping so many women.

So great to hear both my acupuncture and herb patients are sleeping better, their mood is better, digestion is better, hot flushes better, anxiety has improved and generally feeling “more themselves”.

Plus 3 positive pregnancy announcements 🎉from some of the fertility patients I have been working with.

Now that’s a great start to the year !

January is looking pretty full and probably going to have to go to waitlist next week so do get in touch if you think I can get you feeling better naturally.

Today I am hanging up my needles for the Christmas break and wanted to hop on here to say an ENORMOUS thank you to everyone for all their support this year.

It’s been a fabulous one, helping over 200 women with acupuncture and herbs - phew ! I felt a bit less guilty about not posting on social media very much when I worked that out.

I feel so very lucky to do something I love so much. It is such a privilege working with so many gorgeous patients over the years and helping them feel better. One I do not take for granted.

It has been a special year with the launch of The Little Health Barn and so enjoying my new home. Come and see it if you haven’t already.

Thank you as well for all my Christmas gifts, goodness I have been spoiled by so many, not needed but so appreciated.

I am so excited for 2025 especially working alongside these fantastic practitioners at The Little Health Barn...
