Well I knew the benefits already. Eating oily fish reduced chronic inflamation, improve heart health, mood and cognition.
I'm great with Salmon but other than that I'm not really an oily fish fan. I got a trout bone stuck in my throat as a teenager and it put me off a bit. I do try and eat Salmon at least once a week though and I do eat well b***d white fish too.
