It's Mental Health Awareness Week!

This year’s theme is Movement: Moving more for our mental health.

Research has shown that regular physical activity can make us happier and healthier. When we’re active, our bodies release feel-good hormones, reducing anxiety and stress and helping us sleep better.

Building movement into our working day can positively impact productivity and focus.

Movement can come in sorts of forms of activity from going for a walk in your neighbourhood on your own or with family and friends, putting on your favourite music and dancing around the living room, chair exercises when you’re watching television – it all counts!

1, 2, 3 Move your body! 🕺 💃 👯
