Life has become more demanding for us and with that is our time.

Running this page and the community group is proving to be challenging.

After a lot of conversations and deliberations we have decided to consolidate things.

We will still run and manage our Blue Therapy Active Community group here on Facebook.

We would like to thank you all for your continued support and ask if you can follow the group.

We will still be posting all our usual content and engagement from yourselves and us.

Become a Volunteer Coastguard Rescue Officer 🚨

Would you like to be part of a dedicated team that provides a vital 999 search and rescue response service to the local community?

As one of the UK’s four frontline emergency services, we operate 24/7, 365 days a year – responding to emergencies and working closely with a wide range of partner agencies.
What we’re looking for:
• A full UK driving licence
• The ability to swim
• A strong sense of teamwork and community spirit

• You must live within our Southend catchment area to respond to our station situated at Ness Road, Shoebury.

No previous experience is required – full training will be provided.
Please note this is a voluntary role.

Hadleigh Plungers and Be Endurance Bathers are playing tug-o-war with the biggest teams' leaderboard. It looks to be a photo finish this year as there really isn't much between them. BUT there's still time for other teams to catch up and snag the podium's top spot!

When you sign up for Dock2Dock (either as a group or individually), you have the option to enter a Team/Club name. The BIGGEST team registered will receive the Dock2Dock team trophy and bragging rights for an entire year!
