* TIP OF THE DAY *
Do you sit hunched over a computer every day?
Do you do a lot of driving?
Are you feeling stressed?
This can lead to tight and ache shoulders.
Try this shoulder blade squeeze exercise to help alleviate the pain, which in turn will improve posture and strengthen the upper back muscles that support the shoulder blades:-
* Sit or stand with your back straight and arms at your side
* Squeeze your shoulder blades together, pulling them down your back. Hold for 5-10 seconds and release. Repeat 10 times.
