Why is Child’s Pose so hard for some people?
It’s not your hamstrings — and nothing is “wrong” with you.

Here are the real reasons it can feel blocked:
⭐ Hip structure (bone shape!)
⭐ Tight hip flexors or quads
⭐ Stiff ankles
⭐ Soft-tissue compression
⭐ Lower-back tension
⭐ Knee limitations

Totally normal.
Totally common.
Totally FIXABLE with the right variations.

Try:
✔ Knees wide
✔ Cushion between hips + heels
✔ Pillow under the chest
✔ Towel under ankles
✔ A more upright “seat-back” version

Your body isn’t the problem —the position just needs to meet you where you are 💛

Why is it so hard to stick to new habits like exercise? 🤔

If you’ve ever started a new routine with excitement… only to fall off after a few weeks, you’re not alone. There are real psychological reasons behind it:

💪 WHY YOU FEEL SORE AFTER CLASS (AND WHY THAT’S A GOOD THING!)

That post-workout ache after our Body Conditioning with Bands or weights
It’s not a bad sign — it’s your body getting stronger. 💥

When you train, your muscles experience tiny tears (totally normal!).
During rest and recovery, your body repairs and rebuilds those fibres —
making you stronger, leaner, and more resilient every time.

You might feel sore for 24–48 hours after class — that’s your body adapting!
The best thing you can do? 👉 Stay consistent.
The more regularly you move, the quicker your recovery and the better your results.

(⚠️ Of course, if you ever feel sharp pain or something doesn’t feel right — let me know right away!)
