PLEASE SHARE to anyone you think might benefit. I’m so excited to share that my FREE workshops are continuing, thanks to the ongoing support of the Urban Learning Academy (ULA). I’m deeply grateful to ULA for believing in this work and continuing to fund spaces where reflection, connection, and growth can happen. And to everyone who comes along: thank you. Truly. These sessions nourish me just as much as they do participants. Walking alongside you through reflection, creativity, and honest conversation has been a gift. Over the past year, we’ve journeyed through the whole Wheel of the Year — spring, summer, autumn, and winter — watching nature turn and change, just as we have ourselves. With that cycle held gently in mind, I’m delighted to share a new series of upcoming workshops.
