What a fantastic honour to be invited back to as a VIP guest to watch their match against another of my past football clubs โšฝ๏ธ

Catching up with ex team mates and stepping out onto the pitch at halftime to the applause of thousands of fans was a real trip down memory lane!

Although these highs are hard to ever replace after retiring from the game, I now find purpose and joy in helping others achieve peak performance through nutritional optimisation in their chosen sport or fitness pursuit.
