Studies show 1 in 4 men from Black African or Caribbean backgrounds will get prostate cancer.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men in the UK, but many are not aware they may be at risk. Often, there are no symptoms in the early stages, which is why knowing your risk and speaking to a GP is so important.

๐ŸŒผ Hay Fever Getting You Down? ๐Ÿคง

Pollen levels are high, and we know many of you are feeling the effects โ€” sneezing, itchy eyes, and runny noses are all common symptoms of hay fever.

๐Ÿ’Š The good news? Most cases can be treated effectively at home.
You donโ€™t need to see a GP for hay fever unless your symptoms are severe or not improving.
โœ… Visit your local pharmacy for advice
โœ… Try over-the-counter antihistamines and nasal sprays
โœ… Keep windows closed during high pollen times
โœ… Shower and change clothes after being outdoors

If your symptoms donโ€™t improve with pharmacy treatments, get in touch.

High blood pressure can have no symptoms, and if left untreated, it can significantly increase your risk of a fatal heart attack, stroke and dementia. However, once diagnosed, high blood pressure can be effectively managed with prescription drugs and lifestyle changes, giving people the chance for a longer, healthier life.
