There’s a moment when your body knows before your mind does.
When something hits hard.
When the ground shifts.
When the truth starts surfacing whether you’re ready or not.

This was that moment.

I didn’t collapse.
I didn’t disappear.
I let the fire move through me — and I used every part of it as fuel.

Not bitterness.
Not blame.
Power.

After six years of being happily single — therapy, healing, enjoying my independence — I finally felt someone coming into my world.

On paper? Perfect.
Single. Emotionally mature. Hard working. Respectful.
And that rare chemistry that feels safe.
He showed up consistently. He honoured my boundaries.
It all looked right.

But then, out of nowhere, I would panic.
My mind went to places I couldn’t explain.
I took responsibility, went to therapy, told myself:
“This is just new territory. I’ve been through things.”

Then months went on and I became unwell — foggy brain, exhausted, short-tempered.
I blamed work… menopause… life.

And then the truth arrived.
A message from the not-ex.

They had never actually split.
The entire year, this firefighter was living a double life.
His mother knew. I had even stayed there.

Here’s why I’m sharing this ⬇️

The entire time… my body knew.
Those sudden panics?
The heaviness?
The confusion?

That was my INTUITION speaking.
Your intuition never lies.
Even when their words seem perfect.
Even when the green flags are lined up.
Even when you’re being treated “well.”

Your body is a compass.
A moral compass.
It tells you when something is off — with people, work, family, situations.

Please don’t override it because of your past.
Don’t gaslight yourself because someone else is presenting well.

If it doesn’t make sense…
If your body feels uneasy…

Get out.

The universe will never let something meant for you pass you by.

2026 will be the year I teach this work deeply — retreats & workshops on intuition, intention, and self-trust.
