This week reminded me of something I see often in my work:
Clarity doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from having the space to think properly.
Across three very different environments:
Tuesday: RDA Regional Training Day / Coach CPD at the Chard Equestrian Centre with Peggy Douglas (), Mandy Frost, and Nicky Fuller.
Wednesday: Connected Content Strategy Masterclass with Kate Llewellyn.
Thursday: Sisters & Misters Brunch Hotel Indigo hosted by Katie Arscott and Ashley Leeds.
… the same theme kept showing up in different ways.
RDA: it was the idea that all coaching is transferable - and how much the environment shapes what becomes possible.
In the masterclass: it was about creating a clearer path rather than trying everything at once.
And at the brunch: it was experiencing what happens when you bring the right people into the right kind of space.
Slower conversations.
Clearer thinking.
More meaningful connection.
This is something I work with every day.
Most people aren’t lacking effort or ideas. They’re lacking clarity about what’s actually happening for them - across their thinking, nervous system, environment, and capacity.
When that becomes clearer, everything else becomes easier to navigate.
To those who I connected with for the first time, or found a deeper connection with, thank you. It’s rare to leave a networking events with more clarity than when you arrived - but this week genuinely felt like that happened thanks to you all.
To everyone building thoughtful, well-held spaces – it makes more difference than you probably realise.
