Once again, I would ask all clients and visitors to refrain from visiting me here at Lotus HQ if you have any signs of a cold or virus and allow as much notice as possible eg 24 hours.

I have a strong immune system but I’d rather not take the risk - if I can’t work this has multiple negative knock on effects.

Imagine being diagnosed with blood cancer and not knowing how you will get to your treatment. For many people across Devon, this is reality.

Every week, our transport service meet patients at their homes and take them to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital Haematology Centre. Some can’t drive themselves, others have no one to take them, and public transport often isn’t an option.

For many, our service isn’t just convenient, it is lifesaving.

But running this service isn’t easy. Our fleet is generously sponsored by JMC Aviation but fuel, insurance, maintenance and drivers’ salaries all add up. And because ELF doesn’t receive any Government or NHS funding, every mile we drive is fuelled by generous donations from supporters like you.
