Some days my body just doesnāt play along. Fibro flares, aches, fatigue⦠motivation can feel a million miles away.
Iāve learned that skipping a planned workout isnāt failing.
Sometimes, the kindest and strongest thing I can do is listen to my body.
That might look like:
š£ A gentle, short walk instead of a full session
š§š¼āāļø Light stretching or mobility work
š Taking a full rest day so I can return stronger tomorrow
Progress isnāt about hitting every workout perfectly.
Itās about showing up for yourself consistently, and knowing when to push and when to pause.
