Kelly was fantastic at understanding my starting point was 0. I very specifically wanted workout options that fit with my busy lifestyle and lack of motivation for exercise.

I was really impressed that Kelly addressed all aspects of wellbeing - sleep, stress, nutrition and exercise. She worked at my pace whilst regularly holding me accountable.

Kelly noticed my progress before I did and I really appreciated how she went the extra mile to research certain health conditions I have the effects for fitness and weight loss. Gym intimidation, health conditions, or a lack of confidence, there are so many reasons why women are held back.

I work with women as I believe their needs are often undervalued and misunderstood.

There’s a big difference between ā€œI don’t feel like itā€ and ā€œmy body genuinely needs recovery.ā€

Learning that difference is a skill.

When managing pain or fatigue, we often look at:
• Movement quality
• Energy levels
• Sleep
• How symptoms are affecting daily function

From there, we adjust and rest when needed.

Endometriosis can affect energy levels, recovery, and how comfortable movement feels — especially around your cycle.

In the fitness industry, we often hear messages about pushing harder and staying consistent no matter what. But for many women, that approach simply isn’t supportive.

Training should be adaptable.
It should allow for fluctuations.
It should work with your body, not against it.

If you’ve ever felt frustrated because your body doesn’t respond the same way every week, you’re not alone — and you’re not doing anything wrong.

ā€œStarting again Mondayā€ feels productive… but it’s usually just delay dressed up as motivation.

Nothing magical happens on a Monday.
You don’t become more disciplined overnight.

The cycle usually looks like:
Mess up → feel guilty → promise a fresh start → repeat.

Real progress starts on random Tuesdays.
On imperfect days.
Right after a slip-up.

Not next week. Today. šŸ’ŖšŸ¼

Do your actions align with the goals that you want to achieve?

It’s easy to say you want to get stronger, leaner, fitter, more disciplined.

But what did your actions say today, this week, this month?

Did they move you one step closer or keep you exactly where you are?

You don’t need perfect weeks.

You need aligned days.

Small reps.
Simple habits.
Repeated often.
