We went for it! Pink hair is here šŸŽ€

A bit mellow this time around just to see how it takes and how long it lasts.

Now I’m not in corporate…I can have whatever colour hair I want 🤣

Investing in your health isn’t selfish — even if it’s been made to feel that way.

So many women I work with are used to putting themselves last, squeezing movement and self-care into whatever time or energy is left over.

But your health isn’t a ā€œnice to haveā€.
It’s the foundation for your energy, confidence and how you move through life.

Investing in support doesn’t mean doing more or pushing harder.
It means having guidance, structure and reassurance — built around your body and your life.

That’s exactly what I offer through online coaching.

I’ve opened a small number of online coaching spaces this January for women who want to feel stronger, more confident and supported — without pressure or extremes.

If you’d like to know more, send me a DM with ONLINE and I’ll share the details šŸ¤

Online coaching isn’t about being given a generic plan and left to get on with it.

For most of the women I support, it’s about having someone in their corner — adjusting things when life gets busy, when energy dips, or when something doesn’t feel quite right.

It’s flexible.
It’s personal.
And it’s built around real life.

You don’t need to feel confident, experienced or ā€œreadyā€ to start. You just need support that works with you, not against you.

If you’re interested in online coaching, drop me a message šŸ¤

Do you ever feel like every January you’re starting again with your health and exercise?

It’s easy to assume the problem is willpower — that you just need to be more disciplined or try harder.

But willpower isn’t usually the issue.

For so many women, it’s actually:
• high stress
• under-fuelling
• trying to do it all alone

When stress is high and energy is low, motivation naturally disappears. And when you’re not eating enough, exercise can feel like another thing your body just can’t cope with.

None of this means you’re failing.
It means your body is asking for support.

This is why I focus on calm, structured, supportive approaches to health — not ā€œpush harderā€ plans.

If this feels familiar, save this post as a reminder:
you’re tired, not broken šŸ¤

Some days my body just doesn’t play along. Fibro flares, aches, fatigue… motivation can feel a million miles away.

I’ve learned that skipping a planned workout isn’t failing.

Sometimes, the kindest and strongest thing I can do is listen to my body.

That might look like:

šŸ‘£ A gentle, short walk instead of a full session
šŸ§˜šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø Light stretching or mobility work
šŸ›Œ Taking a full rest day so I can return stronger tomorrow

Progress isn’t about hitting every workout perfectly.

It’s about showing up for yourself consistently, and knowing when to push and when to pause.

With a chronic illness, honouring your body’s needs today is what builds real strength for tomorrow.

If you need some help with your fitness journey, you can get two PT sessions for Ā£50! For more information, just pop me a DM ā˜ŗļø

January can feel heavy — not because you’re doing anything wrong, but because you’re already tired.

Years of dieting, pressure to ā€œdo betterā€, conflicting advice and pushing through don’t magically disappear when the calendar changes.

If you’re feeling unmotivated, confused or overwhelmed right now, it’s not a personal failure.

You’re tired. Not broken.

And this is exactly why the support you have around your health matters so much.

If you’re looking for a calmer, more supportive approach to building strength and looking after your body this year, you’re very welcome here šŸ’›

January doesn’t need to be extreme.

If you’re already tired, overwhelmed or dealing with pain, pushing harder isn’t the answer — even if that’s what the internet is telling you.

You don’t need fixing.
You don’t need more willpower.
And you don’t need to start over.

You deserve support, structure and an approach to health that actually fits around real life.

If you’re looking for a calmer, more compassionate way to build strength and confidence this year, you’re very welcome here šŸ¤

Woooo 2025 has been a big year for me!

The biggest change was when I left my corporate job to go all in with my Pilates and personal training. I’d been juggling for YEARS and it was just getting too much. An opportunity presented itself and I took the plunge. So far…it’s worked out pretty well 🤣

2025 hasn’t all been highlights and I’m not going to pretend that it has for the purposes of social media. A third chronic condition has meant that I’ve needed to reassess my work schedule and really think about what is possible for me, as well as implementing things to help me manage these conditions.

It’s a work in progress, but my reduced stress levels after leaving corporate have been a game changer!

The difference in me as a person is HUGE.

If you’re not happy with where you are, you have the power to make change. I stalled for sooo long out of fear but the decisions I’ve made this year have been the best I’ve ever made.

So if there’s something you want to do…just go for it! You can always go back to what you were doing before if it doesn’t work out, but I think it will šŸ¤—

It can be intimidating walking into the gym for the first time but honestly…there’s nothing to worry about.

Starting out with lifting weights will be messy and you’re likely to get it wrong BUT that’s where we all started.

Consistency and being willing to learn is what will bring change and improvements. You’ll be surprised at how quickly you start to build strength and confidence.

If you can commit to this as a lifestyle change, it will be so worth it and it will change your life for the better.

If you need a little extra help, personal training is always an option. I’m currently offering two sessions for Ā£50 at Pure Gym Exmouth - the perfect way to get your bearings in the gym and feel a little more confident šŸ’ŖšŸ»

Thank you so much to everyone at for an amazing year and for humouring me with the Christmas attire and the festive Pilates routine based on the 12 days of Christmas 🤣
