Learn the standing sequence
Talk and discussion: Topic : The Eight Limbs of Yoga
Yoga was first codified by Patanjali into the eight limbs of yoga. They are the pillars of cultivating a yoga practice that benefits your mind, body and Spirit
Soundbath :lie down under a blanket and allow yourself to be "bathed" in sound waves produced by Tibetan bowls and various other musical instruments. The practice of healing bodies through sound is thousands of years old with deep roots in cultures across the world.

What to bring: yoga mat and blanket
