✨ Meet the Practitioner Monday ✨

This week we’re introducing Sam, who teaches Tai Chi, Qigong and meditation here at Exmouth Healing Centre.

With over 20 years of practice, Sam offers calm, welcoming classes designed to help you slow down, move gently and reconnect with your breath.

Often described as movement in meditation, Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and abilities — whether you’re completely new or returning to your practice.

Since my DNA testing told me im intolerant to gluten ive been trying out lots of alternatives. These buckwheat noodles are my favourite so far because I love Ramen 😘🤩

Our upcycling event ‘The Big Refurb’ will be kicking off on Monday 29th Sept – Saturday 4th Oct, and we’d love you to be part of it.

Bring along anything from our wish list and, with the help of our creative team, we’ll transform it into something beautiful.

We’re also seeking donations to help us create a warm, welcoming space:
- Bar stools, chairs & tables
- Plants, herbs, and pots
- Paint, varnishes & brushes
- Cushions, fabrics & soft furnishings
- Cups, glasses & cutlery

This new moon in Virgo has really hit home for me. An interesting insight into the state of our NHS forcing the point. Recovery with home made herbal potions, a ton of vit c, ferments underway, prioritising self care and rest. Letting people know that I have limits and I need kind collaboration. New moon. New me. New energy. Sewing seeds. 💛💛💛
