What is it actually like to join Tension Release Yoga?
If you’ve tried yoga before and felt rushed, out of breath, pushed too far or like you never really understood it…
this is not that.
Many women come to this practice after feeling disconnected in busy classes, where there is little time to slow down, breathe or truly feel what’s happening in the body.
Here’s what they say after experiencing it differently:

A slower, more attentive practice where you are supported through:
– deep, mindful stretching
