Bank Holiday Mondays hit differently when they start with fresh air, quiet paths, and little hands to hold. 🌿✨
Early morning walks in nature with my child have become my favourite kind of reset — no rush, no screens, just laughter, birdsong, and making memories together. These are the moments I’ll cherish forever. 💚

✨ POWER OF SOUND ✨

In my sound bath sessions, I work with the nervous system through vibration, rhythm, and repetitive sound patterns that help guide the body into deeper states of relaxation and regulation.

🥣 Himalayan singing bowls produce layered tones and overtones that can help quiet mental chatter, support focus, and encourage the brain to shift from active beta waves into slower alpha and theta states associated with relaxation, meditation, and emotional processing.

💎 Crystal singing bowls create a clearer and more focused resonance. Their strong vibration is often used to support stillness, clarity, and heightened awareness.

🥁 Drumming works through rhythmic entrainment — the natural process where the body begins to synchronise with steady external rhythm. Because the body already functions through rhythm such as heartbeat and breath, repetitive drumming can support grounding, stress reduction, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.

🌿 Together, these instruments create a calm and supportive environment for deep rest, reflection, and reconnection.

Invite for a drop in to my class next Friday, DM and pay for one of class to check if my style of yoga suits your needs.
Expect Hand On Practice,
Focus on re educating the body how to use a diaphragm to encourage release of stress and muscular tension. Learning how to reduce inner chatter (monkey mind).
Traditional Hatha yoga includes spiritual part and that will be gently woven through out without sounding esoteric. 🧐
Class runs on Friday from Exe Pilates.

The Beauty of Becoming ✨

The past has gone. The future hasn’t arrived. All we truly have is this moment.

Be here now. Take it all in — the beauty, the challenge, even the suffering. It is all part of who we are becoming. Sometimes pain arrives not to break us, but to awaken self-reflection, help us work through karma, heal deeply, and finally change the patterns that no longer serve us.

And when we set the gears in motion, we often begin to meet people going through similar things. We start to realize that these life struggles are part of a universal human experience. You are never truly alone. Sometimes we just need to quiet the mind, open our eyes, and see.

None of it is easy. Growth rarely is. But the most meaningful things in life require courage, patience, and hard work — and they are always worth it.

Breathe. Trust the process. Keep becoming. ✨
