Laura offers intuitive sessions combining Reiki, Somatic Reiki and sound healing - creating a gentle, supportive space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and process what’s ready to be felt and released.

Her work is especially supportive for those experiencing stress, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or feeling disconnected -helping you find your way back to balance and a deeper sense of self.

We are honoured to present the work of Holly Mingo, whose exhibition opens as part of our upcoming Morning Rave at Exmouth Healing Centre.

Rooted in graffiti writing yet evolved far beyond its urban origins, Holly’s practice sits within a refined space of contemporary abstraction. Her work combines expressive, calligraphic gestures with layered translucency, creating compositions that feel both immediate and deeply atmospheric. Guided by intuition, her paintings unfold through a fluid, meditative process - resulting in pieces that hold both personal depth and a universal resonance.

Over the past several years, Holly has expanded her practice across a wide range of creative arenas. Her work spans large-scale murals, festival environments, fashion collaborations, and concept design, bringing her distinctive visual language into immersive, real-world spaces. She has contributed to projects connected with New York Fashion Week, created work for brands such as Nothing, and painted within major cultural environments including Boomtown Fair Festival and Wake The Tiger, Bristol.

Her multidisciplinary approach continues to evolve into television, film, and high-level world-building - marking her as an artist operating well beyond the traditional canvas.

For this exhibition, Holly presents an immersive installation, where her paintings are activated through projection mapping -light and motion layered across the surface to create a shifting, living visual environment. This interplay between artwork and light transforms her pieces into something experiential, blurring the boundaries between painting, space, and atmosphere.

Opening as part of the Morning Rave, this exhibition sits at the intersection of art, music, and community - a shared, sensory experience designed to be felt as much as it is seen.
