I hope you’re all well. I wanted to share a progress video with you all. It was so lovely to tackle the garden together with the boys. Getting them involved is beautiful and so good for their well being. We really felt a sense of achievement. Still lots of do but it’s getting there. It’s amazing how many transformations I’ve seen this space go through. Can’t wait to see it come to life in spring. 💚

It feels like the hard work is finally starting to pay off. There’s still a long way to go, but it’s taking shape. The areas are becoming more clear. There will be lots of wild flowers planted to separate the areas to add depth and height. I’ll be adding more raised beds so that there’ll be plenty of space to do some beautiful planting workshops with the children. I’m still looking for any donations if anyone has anything they think would fit in here. The more whimsical and magical the better! 💚

Been in full swing turning the secret garden into the magical sanctuary that I envisage. After the digger came in I realised I needed some other bits and by the time they were in place the weeds had taken over once again. Gardens are such an ongoing process and also a real learning curve. That aside, me and a friend tackled it last week, then again today with the boys. It’ll get there, just takes time and patience. This vision will happen without a doubt! 💚 just got to keep on pushing forward!
