Just one week to our first ever craft club and we’ve been busy getting everything ready.

You’ll receive everything you need to make one of these gorgeous mugs of kindness complete with biscuits, saucer and spoon. Take a look at the pictures to see just how it all goes from card to cup!

No experience needed. We’ll talk you through and show you every single step. This is about slowing down time, and just indulging in a couple of hours of creativity.

Join Our Monthly Craft Club - Message us to secure your space!

Love getting creative? Our Monthly Craft Club is a relaxed, feel-good space where community and creativity come together.

Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just fancy trying something new, this is your invitation to unwind, meet new people (or bring a friend), and make something beautiful with your own hands.

February’s Theme: Creative vibes and cosy moments
Date: 22 February
Time: 1.30pm to 3.30pm
Location: The Wellbeing Clinic, 28 Grahams Road, Falkirk, FK1 2QL
Cost £25, which includes all tools, materials, and refreshments

You'll be making a 3D mug from card (similar to the one pictured but we have lots of colours and patterns to choose from), which hosts a secret compartment that you can fill with some goodies - either keep it for yourself or gift it.

All you need to do is bring yourself. Message to book your space and you'll be sent a payment link.

And we are live! We've published the Wellbeing Clinic website today. It's very simple, but gives you easy access to book our therapy and coaching sessions in one place, as well as our events.

For now, we're doing things manually until we get the chance to learn how to use the tech behind the site.

We've got a few events already scheduled... the monthly craft club for February and March, and a very special event to celebrate International Women's Day. This year the theme is Give to Gain, and we'll be guiding you to give to yourself and a percentage of the ticket price will be going to Falkirk's women's aid charity Committed to Ending Abuse - CEA Ltd

Well how stunning is this!!!! We are in love with our group space - event calendar will be published very soon. It’s like a warm hug and still a few finishing touches. We do have a small retail space - and will have details to share soon on items for sale - so you can reserve. Bespoke items available too for those unique gifts.

We can’t wait to welcome you to our space where strong looks different on everyone.

It’s happening! The van is booked for Sunday and we are moving in… how gorgeous are these window coverings ❤️

Privacy while still letting the light shine through. It’s so exciting.

We are not looking forward to building the furniture though 🤣 and we have a sofa to get through a small space. Wish us luck 🤣

The joiner has been. The last of the painting is just about to get done, and it will soon be time to open the doors. So we thought it was time to introduce the collaboration:

Just back from the clinic - it’s looking gorgeous! Our sister Stephanie has done the most amazing work on the walls that were in an awful state. The joiner is due in this week - then Stephanie will be able to finish working wonders. All the cupboard doors are off for a bit of a makeover too.

And then because this is a creative and mindful environment we’ve made our own artwork for the wall. The clinic coasters are made and lost count how many mugs we made today.

There are some other bits and pieces but gotta keep something as a surprise 🙂

A wee update: we have a few rogue pipes to be sorted, a broken tap (🙃), and a bit more storage to be created. Materials for this arrive next week and work can begin to finalise it all for opening. Window dressings to be done, mugs and merch to print… and then we plan for the open day. The website is well underway too. The painting looks awesome thanks to our sister Stephanie.
