🔥 Infrared Sauna Update 🔥

We had only got so far with putting the sauna together before Christmas. We had installed the back and side panels as well as the ceiling panel and glass.
This week, we decided to get it finished 🙌.

- We started off by putting the 2 front glass panels and door on (the door handle doubles up as a phone holder too!📱)

- Then we fitted and plugged in the front 2 infrared panels.

- Followed by getting the lights on💡. The sauna also has a chromotherapy panel in the ceiling which we set to red light for this photo. ❤️

- Last to go in were the benches. These can be removed for 1 person hot yoga. 🧘

Your infrared sauna session at Soul Float is designed to be completely yours.

With the option to connect via Bluetooth, the soundtrack to your session can be whatever you need - silence, music, a podcast or a quiet meditation. Whatever helps you unwind.

Sharing the experience with a friend gives you space to catch up, relax and settle into the warmth together.

There’s no pressure, no expectations - just gentle heat and time to slow down in whatever way feels right.

We’ve recently had our Epsom salts delivered in preparation for getting our float tanks up and running - over 1,000kg in total, with 500kg for each tank.

Epsom salt is simply magnesium sulphate. When fully dissolved into warm water at this concentration, it creates the buoyancy needed for effortless floating.

It’s all part of creating the right environment for deep relaxation.

It felt like the right time to introduce myself 🤍

You may have seen Soul Float slowly coming together through our updates and posts over the past months, while I’ve been behind the scenes creating the space and balancing all the things that come with starting a new business.

Now feels like the moment to share a little more of why I wanted to create Soul Float and what sits at the heart of it. It’s rooted in my own experiences and a belief in the importance of rest, reflection, and having somewhere to truly slow down.

It's hard to put into words just how it feels to see this dream become a reality but what I can say for sure is that I’m really looking forward to welcoming you into the space and sharing more as we move towards opening in early 2026.

 Soul Float has been a quiet dream for many years — long before the building, the plans, the tanks, or the walls existed. A vision of creating a calm, nurturing space for people to rest and reset.
And over these last two or so years, that dream has finally started taking real shape. Designing, building, navigating delays, making decisions, celebrating small wins — every step has brought us closer to opening our doors.

To see it all coming together now feels like something truly worth celebrating.
