"The NHS is very good at looking after others, but we don't look after ourselves".

Very. Powerful. Words.

This is the voice of just one healthcare professional. One of 1.3 Million. As one of the largest employers in the world and the biggest in Europe, the NHS is no ordinary organisation.

Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic they had to pull together as a a single force with most workers not knowing the person standing next to them in the ward they were working in. Selflessly putting their own lives at risk to take care of you and me. Fighting a battle they were never prepared for to save the lives of your neighbour, a family member, your colleague and your friend.

We might think that we are done with the pandemic, but the pandemic is not done with the NHS. The impact on their mental health is becoming more evident and that is why we, as the general public need to pull together to take care of them. They need us now more than ever.

In the words of Henry Ford:
"Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress and
working together is success".

With your support, we can do something special for the remaining 1.3 million.

What an exciting journey awaits these men and women participating on THE LONG WAY UP!

⏱️ It’s almost time for THE LONG WAY UP! 🌊

In early September, a team of military veterans will sail from Land’s End to John O’Groats on a life-changing expedition.

Thank you to everyone who applied for a place 🙏 we were overwhelmed by the number of people who wanted to join as crew members for both directions.

Thanks to our kind supporters at YB Tracking, you’ll be able to follow the fleet on their journey via a live tracker on our website. Watch this space for further info!

participants are veterans who have been affected by military operations - or struggling with isolation during the current pandemic. Huge thanks to everyone who has supported our cause at https://bit.ly/3sI7wT3

Sailing doesn't necessarily mean you need to be on the boat at all times. What better way to have some fun with your colleagues after an incredibly stressful period?⛵😂

A wonderful day out on the water on Friday with some of the most incredible healthcare staff.

Ever so happy to have given a little back to these people who’ve done so much for us all and so glad to see the smiles all round!
