Invites you to participate in a safe relaxing space to reconnect & pause.

With the aim of enhancing a deeper connection and commitment between you.

That focuses on strengthening with kindness and grace the space we offer to each other and ourselves. To help develop and guide your energies, closeness, playfulness, in the affection shown towards each other. Gained through these practices, shared experience taken together.

An invitation to reconnect, let go explore with curiosity experiences, connections and a new commitment to ourselves. Through offering shared oneness and togetherness that is gained through:

Simple exercises, breathwork, meditation, sound healing & various bodywork rituals.
No words, but playfulness, curiosity kindness and gained spaciousness.
Gentle shared techniques to move away from tension, towards release and energetic shared experiences.
A time for self reflection, enhanced awareness & nourishment,
A safe space to let go and reconnect with guidance.
To focus our attention on ourselves individually and each other together.
These sessions are created to allow you to share a safe space to both relax, pause, reset switch off and let go together. Changing the usual pace, of your relationship, offering deeper connections drawing your attention towards each other, a holding space, enhanced togetherness “oneness” patience happiness and joy can that is long lasting.

ZenMINDpod healing sessions are deeply relaxing and therapeutic.

Offering you sanctuary and the opportunity to glide into stillness, find balance and let go of whatever the body’s holding onto.

A space to unwind, rest and restore promoting a reconnection with your physical, emotional, and spiritual consciousness to improve your well-being.

During this intimate exchange you will be invited to meditate, drift in a sound bath using my (singing bowls), breathwork, and will help clear away any stagnant energy and residue.

Sessions, are approx an hour, with the aim to increase vitality, reduce stress, and improve mental clarity and instil and overall sense of calm.

Thanks for the lovely feedback .equestcoach was my absolute pleasure! ✨🙏✨

Things have been feeling a bit crazy of late. I’m sure many of you can relate to this. I decided I needed to learn how to meditate because life (and my mind) are getting too loud.

I knew I needed a space where everything could slow down — where I could breathe, feel grounded, and actually listen instead of constantly reacting.

I contacted Jenny at Zenmindpod in Falmouth. From the moment I walked into her quiet space I felt instantly at ease. In one session she taught me how to find calm even when things aren’t calm around me. How to pause, reset, and come back to myself.

From that calm place, everything changes — decisions are clearer, emotions settle, I’m more present, more patient, and more connected.

Think of this from riding terms as a rider .....imagine it....being more present and more connected to you and your horse.

Sometimes the most important work isn’t pushing harder… it’s learning how to be still. 🌿✨
