On Wednesday’s I run my clinic in the which can be found in Falmouth Business Park.

Here I have a lovely bright room with easy access if anyone has mobility problems. Parking is also free and right outside the front door.

I’ve been away from the clinic in the past week because I’ve been in Poznan supporting the GB Rowing ‘Project LA’ development squad at World Cup III. It’s an honour to work with these athletes and the support staff and I always enjoy the opportunity.

There were some great results for a development squad who were up against Olympians who will be competing in Paris in a couple of months time! It was also great to spend time with the Para squad. Some unbelievable talent and awesome people all round! Go GB! 🇬🇧

Our exercise routines can go out of the window this time of year as we juggle Christmas, socialising, recharging our batteries whilst watching Christmas TV or being hampered by the weather!

However, it is still important to keep moving in different ways, both for our immediate health as well as trying to reduce the risk of injury if you pick up activity, sport and exercise again in the New Year. Going from zero to hero with activity isn’t always a good idea!

The British Journal of Sports Medicine (BJSM) share some tips on how to keep active over the Christmas period! 🎄💃🕺
