Alongside Reiki and Thai yoga massage, I’m now offering Swedish massage in my calm, supportive wellbeing space.

Swedish massage is a nurturing, flowing treatment designed to help ease muscle tension, encourage circulation, and gently calm the nervous system. Pressure is always guided by your needs and comfort. For those who enjoy a firmer touch, the massage can be adapted towards deeper, more focused work, while still remaining mindful and respectful of your body.

Moving your body helps release stress, calm the nervous system, clear your thoughts and lift your mood.

January blues can be real, and getting back into routine doesn’t always feel easy.
Today I took my own advice and checked in with myself — I could feel I was holding tension, so I chose to slow down.
A little light meditation, focused breathing, incense lit, calming music on… and I treated myself to some Reiki 💆‍♀️✨

Enter Floki the gatecrasher 🐱
I swear he knows when Reiki is happening — he always appears and gets as close as possible. Cats are incredibly sensitive to energy and often seek out calm, grounded spaces (and apparently make themselves right at home in them!).
A gentle reminder: self-care doesn’t have to be big or perfect — sometimes it’s just listening, slowing down, and letting yourself receive 💛
