THIS CREW
We've been training together every Tuesday for a year now, and when you come across a group of people just willing to bury themselves every single week just for marginal gains, it's a special thing.
This year started with aerobic capacity development into a long threshold block, in effort to take on the workout that we completed to tonight:
5km run
5km row
10 mile bike
Completing this is one thing, but the aim was to do it as fast as possible, and every single person completed this in sub 90 minutes. The fitness that that requires is absolutely phenomenal, and to do it with such tenacity is unbelievable.
We knew our community of members was special, and this kind of team mentality is the whole point of what we do at the club ❤️
