Thank you everyone who came to for our monthly therapeutic breathwork circle, it feels like something is really building here, many new and some coming regularly to build on the experience of conscious breath in our lives.

I see the transformations gently emerging in people who work with this breath, and I am deeply grateful to be witness to this profound experience for so many people.

It was extra special to have my dear cousins Emma and Lucy down and for Emma to produce the most beautiful altar as a centre piece and powerful focus of intention for the breathe.
