If you’re new here, I’m Nola. As I begin sharing more of my yoga journey, I also wanted to introduce another passion project that’s deeply connected to my love of wellness, nature, and low-tox living.

What started as part of my own journey has grown into something I’m now preparing to share with others.

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that encourages deep relaxation and supports emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.

I’m currently creating a calm and welcoming space to begin offering sessions soon.
