Helen Johnson is one of the optometrists who carries out eye examinations when you visit Optomeyes Eyecare.

Helen mainly works in the Wickham practice although you may also see her from time to time at the Lee-on-the-Solent practice.

Helen enjoys the variety of work that comes from working in our independent practice, along with building long term relationships with both patients and practice staff. As an ex nurse/ midwife Helen is interested in pathology and took this further by specialising in dry eye disease.

In her spare time Helen volunteers with local conservation groups and helped neighbours shielding locally during the pandemic. Helen loves gardening and getting outdoors, as well as getting to the beach with her board. She also enjoys a good game of rugby, especially if Ireland is playing!
