It is so important to look after yourselves not just from a physical aspect but also nervous system, hormone systems and your mental health. be kind to yourselves, rest, reset, and remember it’s ok to say no. pace yourselves allow your body to heal and restore.

my amazing client not only learnt to bake her birthday cake, she put this incredible video together on her new tech in our sessions. we used cook book app to support sequencing and planning, which we spent time breaking down the steps to support in task. few amazing sessions demonstrating two types of rehab and independence and functional work.

few photos from the summer working with a client on shoulder impingement and rotator cuff strengthening in side lying with repetition, of exercise external rotation with and against gravity with weight. overall result from two week programme client reported no pain, improved rpm at shoulder and strength.
