There has been many common themes with clients over the years and as we end this one and go in to the next I am sure this one will continue to..
As society we focus on the one that got away or the one that didn’t ..

Our primary focus becomes entirely consumed by the one person that didn’t show up or send the card or didn’t do rather than those that did. the 5 or 10 or others that did. The 1 that ruined the day than the others that showed up to make the day, so to speak.
So for a moment look around stop thinking and worrying about those who don’t bother or do not show up think about those who are there every day showing up. Those your over looking and maybe even taking for granted while worrying about the “why” for those who don’t care?

Celebrate with those who do and forget those who don’t.

Saw this and wanted to share as at this time of year there is an increase in su***de… This is not just for the men out there. Please seek help

‘I want to say this, as it is so relevant and such a compelling argument. Su***de will not take away your pain it will simply pass it on to those that are left behind. Words of wisdom are “I would rather wipe away your tears and share you pain today than weep and feel your the pain tomorrow. Su***de is always preventable, it’s a permenant choice to a short term problem.

As a public, community and a country we all need to pull together to stop this very preventable plague. The biggest killer men under 35 in the world. 2024 is likely to be the worst year for su***de in the UK for 2 decades. We all need to empathize with people that are in such devastating predicaments that they can’t see any light’.
