🌸 Private Booking Mini Spa 🌸

On Sunday, I hosted another first! My very first privately booked Mini Spa! It was for a special first birthday celebration for a little one who has loved Blissful Bath Babes & Mini Spas, along with some of his besties who have attended and loved sessions too. It was such a pleasure to see them all again and how much they’ve grown!

The setup was just perfect. Being held in the comfort of their own home meant that, with the babies now a little older and more mobile, they could wriggle and explore as much as they liked. We were also able to tailor the length of their spa baths, activities, and massages to suit them perfectly.

I’m so excited to offer private bookings going forward, whether that’s for a get together with your little ones besties or a first birthday celebration. Simply drop me a message and we can chat through your ideas to create a personalised plan and price that works for you.

👣 Baby Massage 👣

Last week marked the very first class of the first ever Blissful Babes Baby Massage Course, and it went beautifully!

Mums and their little ones were introduced to baby massage, exploring the many benefits for both babies and parents (yes get those dads involved too!). We focused on gentle techniques for the chest and tummy, creating a calm and nurturing experience for everyone involved.

The feedback has been so wonderful, I truly loved hearing how relaxed the babies were after their class:

🤍 “Skylar slept through the night last night!! It may have been a coincidence, but I’m taking that as a massage win! Thank you — I’ll definitely be practising every day (fingers crossed it happens again 😊)”

Welcome to April! 🌸

We’re seeing those beautiful signs of spring all around us from bright yellow daffodils to the first hints of bluebells, a sure sign that warmer days and longer evenings are on their way. We made the most of yesterday’s sunshine in the garden, and it was just lovely!

This month at Blissful Babes, we’re celebrating Spring and Easter in the best way. Every single class is now fully booked, and I honestly feel so overwhelmed with gratitude for your continued support and love. I’ve also noticed so many new names booked in, and I can’t wait to meet you all 🤍

May dates will be released tomorrow, along with June’s schedule too. I’ll only be working the first week of June before heading off on maternity leave as we prepare to welcome our own little baby. This does mean there are just two spa sessions left, so be sure to grab those final spots while you can.

We’ll also be hosting our next Dads Special on 13th June, celebrating those very first Father’s Day moments with their little ones 🤍

I’m so excited to finally share that the very first Blissful Babes Baby Massage Course begins on 9th April!

Join us in Whiteley for a beautiful 4 week course, where you will:
🤍 Learn simple, soothing massage techniques to bond with your baby
🤍 Relax in a calm, nurturing space for you and your little one
🤍 Support your own wellbeing with mindful check-ins and time to connect with other parents

To celebrate our very first course, I’m offering a special introductory price of just £20 for all 4 weeks. This includes:
🤍A mini bottle of massage oil
🤍Take home printouts so you can continue your practice
🤍A mini “graduation” 🎓 in the final session

As this is part of my training, participants will be asked to complete feedback forms and consent to photos/videos being taken for assessment purposes.
No images will ever be shared online without your explicit permission.

Did you know water can be used as a natural comfort tool during labour?

Water births allow you to labour, and often give birth, in a warm pool, helping to:
🤍Promote relaxation
🤍Reduce discomfort
🤍Support movement and positioning

For many, it creates a calmer, more controlled birth environment.

And while it’s not suitable for every pregnancy, it is a safe and supported option for many low risk births.

If you do have risk factors then no need to worry, a water birth may likely still be an option for you! Just discuss with your care providers to talk through.

The sun was shining for our final Sunshine & Snuggles themed session and what a beautiful way to end it! ☀️

Our little babes enjoyed soothing foot massages with our sunshine yellow sensory balls, along with gentle sprinkles and lots of bubbly fun.

One of my favourite moments today was hearing that one little babe usually isn’t a fan of bath time at home but you’d never have guessed it! He was completely relaxed, happily gazing at his little friend next to him and the sunshine décor above him 🤍

I’ve had quite a few enquiries about hypnobirthing recently, and I’ll be honest, I know I’ve been a little quieter on here about it lately!

The truth is, I’ve reached that stage in pregnancy where I’m just constantly tired!
And alongside raising my very lively two boys, I’ve been putting a lot of time and energy into growing Blissful Babes, ready for it to become my main focus (still with Hypnobirthing alongside!) after maternity leave next year.

Because of that, hypnobirthing has taken a slight step back on socials. But it’s always here, and I’m just as passionate as ever about helping you feel empowered, informed, and excited about your birth.
