Before I get ready to head off into the newborn bubble in the next couple of weeks, I wanted to ask the tiniest favour from all the lovely families who’ve supported my classes.

👣Baby Yoga 👣

Today was week two of baby yoga under the trees and it was so lovely 🤍

We somehow managed to just about avoid the rain 🌧️ (despite hearing thunder in the distance!) and enjoyed a beautiful session together of a yoga routine for the babies, along with a mix of floor and standing poses and stretches for mums and babes together.

Baby yoga isn’t about perfection or being super flexible. It’s about showing up with your baby, moving your body, encouraging your little one to move theirs, and enjoying all the lovely benefits that brings for both of you 🤍

I’ve been terrible at taking photos during the classes, but I did at least manage to take a quick couple before the gorgeous mamas and babes arrived ✨

Our next Daddy & Me special is just around the corner!

Join us at the beginning of June as we celebrate babies and their dads sharing their very first Father’s Day together 🤍

With our Daddies & Dinos theme 🦕, dads and their little ones will enjoy a soothing, spa like bath followed by a gentle full body massage perfect for calm, bonding moments.

Afterwards, dads can relax with a sweet treat, a glass of fizz, and some fresh fruit while exploring sensory toys with their baby and connecting with other dads.

Our last session was truly special, it was so lovely to witness such calm, love-filled moments between dads and their babies 🤍

Why not share this with your baby’s dad and see if they’d like to join us?
There are just 3 spaces remaining for Saturday 13th June, 10:30–12:00.

Mums are very welcome to attend for support, feeding, or simply to capture these beautiful moments while letting dads take the lead during this special experience.

May is here… even if I’m a day late saying it!

It’s shaping up to be a beautifully busy month for Blissful Babes. We’re starting with a Mini Spa next week, our very first Baby Yoga session, and two privately booked spas. I honestly can’t wait for all of it.

There are still a few spaces dotted around in Blissful Bath Babes, so if you’d love to join us for some splashy, sensory filled fun, take a look at availability. The first week of June will be our last for a little while as I prepare to welcome my final Blissful Babe into the world 🤍

Our Daddies & Dinos Mini Spa still has three spaces left, the perfect way to celebrate those very first Father’s Day moments together 🦕

🌸 Private Booking Mini Spa 🌸

On Sunday, I hosted another first! My very first privately booked Mini Spa! It was for a special first birthday celebration for a little one who has loved Blissful Bath Babes & Mini Spas, along with some of his besties who have attended and loved sessions too. It was such a pleasure to see them all again and how much they’ve grown!

The setup was just perfect. Being held in the comfort of their own home meant that, with the babies now a little older and more mobile, they could wriggle and explore as much as they liked. We were also able to tailor the length of their spa baths, activities, and massages to suit them perfectly.

I’m so excited to offer private bookings going forward, whether that’s for a get together with your little ones besties or a first birthday celebration. Simply drop me a message and we can chat through your ideas to create a personalised plan and price that works for you.

Please note: private bookings are currently available up until the end of the first week of June. As I’m expecting my final Blissful Babe in mid-late June, I’m unable to confirm availability beyond that just yet 🤍

👣 Baby Massage 👣

Last week marked the very first class of the first ever Blissful Babes Baby Massage Course, and it went beautifully!

Mums and their little ones were introduced to baby massage, exploring the many benefits for both babies and parents (yes get those dads involved too!). We focused on gentle techniques for the chest and tummy, creating a calm and nurturing experience for everyone involved.

The feedback has been so wonderful, I truly loved hearing how relaxed the babies were after their class:

🤍 “Skylar slept through the night last night!! It may have been a coincidence, but I’m taking that as a massage win! Thank you — I’ll definitely be practising every day (fingers crossed it happens again 😊)”

🤍 “Aurora slept for 2.5 hours after! Clearly very relaxed 😅🥰”

I’m so excited to welcome everyone back this week as we move on to techniques for arms, hands, legs, and feet! 🤍
