Welcome September! A time for change 🍂

Some news from my end - It's with a heavy heart to announce that I will be taking a break from the business to return to full time work.

Thank you to all my wonderful clients and friends who have supported me and my small business over the past few years. My journey so far has been amazing and this is definitely not goodbye!

My hope is to open up weekend bookings to you all every couple of months so please watch this space for updates and days to get yourself booked in.

Rachel from Angelite Energy Healing will guide through a Yoga Nidra meditation to a place that lies between awake and deep sleep. A place where inner healing begins as you become immersed in the melodic waves of sound from gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes and tongue drums; merged with the subtle sounds of the ocean. Joining us on this journey to relaxation will be Rachel from Reflexology by Rachel. As you are immersed by the waves of sound, you will receive a mini feet/facial reflexology treatment to compliment your overall healing experience.

Refreshments will be provided before and after.

What to bring:
Wear something loose and comfortable
A pillow and blanket for your own comfort.
Water if you wish

The theme of this year's Mental Health Awareness Week is........Anxiety.

Most of us suffer from anxiety to some degree as it's a normal emotion, but if it gets out of control, it can become a mental health problem.

Here are a few 'simple' tips on ways to keep anxiety at bay:

* Try to keep physically active whether it be exercising regularly or going for walks in fresh air
* Make sleep a priority
* Eat a healthy and balanced diet
* Make time for quality relaxation and reset time (meditation, massage, reflexology) - these can all really help with anxiety symptoms
