I am a shamanic practitioner, soul dance facilitator, energy healer and intuitive guide. I have been on a spiritual path for 23 years and have spent time within a Buddhist tradition, journeyed in Peru with the shaman of the Inca tradition in which I was trained, had many challenges to overcome over the years and seen and experienced some amazing gifts, people, shifts and transformations. I can offer a place to come to, helping with your own shifts, growth, and self/discovery. My wish is that you see the beauty of a path of awakening, aligning with what’s calling you, balancing all of your layers of being, spiritual, emotional, mental and physical. Today was the last of our 4 despachos and Karpay and this was the ñusta karpay.

The energies connecting us more to nature, linked to seven ‘feminine’ apus (mountain spirits) that align with our chakras and invite balance and harmony to each centre.

Today is a quiet day of reflection and receiving the energy/letting the seeds of these energies ‘download’ and settle into the lightbody.

We journeyed to aguas calientes to then go up to Machu.

The stone structures here speak of different times and hold different vibrations depending on where you are on this vast and mysterious site.

Several areas such as the Condor Temple that have steps leading to hidden spaces.

The connection too to three other mountains surrounding Machu - Wayna Picchu, Huchuy Picchu and Putukusi.

Being where the environment starts to change to jungle, the climate is more humid here and the plant life more exotic. This time in the year is the rainy season and there were loads of butterflies flying around mainly in pairs 💖

Day 9 - Moving into element of Fire 🔥

Today we moved into the East and Fire.

Here we tap into the creator energy, recognising that to be a creator is not about trying to manifest and controlling what comes into our life. But actually the opposite, surrendering to become a conduit for the divine as it flows through us and is us.

The term ‘hollow bone’ comes to mind.

In this place our will no longer is in the driving seat, but this doesn’t mean passivity. It means to open to the wisdom of the universe that is already you but much more expansive.

After our morning connect, with body movement and exploration of the element, we had a relaxed morning down in the plaza with a little treat, 🤭 before slowing down into the energy of ceremony late afternoon, for a shamanic journey into the energy codes and template of Machu Picchu.

Day 6 & 7 Element of Air

These last days we have been visiting Apu Ausangate. Connecting with element of air we explored how we can come to a place of clarity, come back to centre with the breath and fresh perspective.

We connected to healthier ‘chords of connection’ with others that are founded from love and inviting what is already possible.

Receiving the Munay Karpay at the foot of Ausangate reminded us of the simplicity and clarity of the energy of the heart.

As we travelled back down from the mountain, everything renewed and somehow ‘brighter’.

Today we connected with the concept of safety in the body/family/community. We explored how we can sometimes be disconnected from our direct source to the Earth and our own mother energy through unhelpful patterns we have picked up and repeated through our lives.

We visited the Pisac ruins, where we found our secluded spot to engage in another despacho (or the original Quechua name is misha qipi) and received the Pampamisayoc karpay, connecting us deeper into the path of the ‘healer’ or paqo in the Andean Tradition.

Another emotional day as the body remembers what the soul already knows, as the land speaks through her energy grid, the song of the birds and the whisper of the wind.

Today was our second day with the water element. In the morning we sat just with music, to draw sacred art.

Expressing patterns of both wounding and beauty, allowing pen on paper to guide us. Nothing to do with being an artist but everything to do with allowing freedom to explore.

Then to complete our two days with this element, we got in the river. Fast flowing, powerful energy to take away the sticks we had blown our pain into, honouring what no longer serves and releasing to the river.

Then to finish we drew from the sun (which came out just before we went to the river ☺️) calling energy into each of our seven chakras, feeding them with the solar light codes.

Thank you mother water for washing away what we offered 🙏💦
