I am a shamanic practitioner, soul dance facilitator, energy healer and intuitive guide. I have been on a spiritual path for 23 years and have spent time within a Buddhist tradition, journeyed in Peru with the shaman of the Inca tradition in which I was trained, had many challenges to overcome over the years and seen and experienced some amazing gifts, people, shifts and transformations. I can offer a place to come to, helping with your own shifts, growth, and self/discovery. My wish is that you see the beauty of a path of awakening, aligning with what’s calling you, balancing all of your layers of being, spiritual, emotional, mental and physical. Examples of why you might come to me:

SHAMANIC GUIDANCE SESSION ~ With Oracle Cards

After my recent experience over the last few weeks, I feel more than ever there is a real need for guidance, reorganising and clarity. Connecting via Zoom for an hour of energy connect and realignment, guided by my Oracle Deck, intuition and light codes arriving.

When we resist really connecting in with ourselves, things will turn up louder and louder until we give a space for listening, connection, acknowledgment and love. Often this will challenge some of the strategies we have in place like avoidance ‘I’m fine’ ‘I’m too busy’ ‘who else needs me instead’. Giving time to really listen and connect with what’s arriving for you is so important, especially in our current times with so much happening in the collective. Make time, make space and give some priority to how you’re feeling. The last few times of more connection back to my inner world and body felt sense has REALLY helped!How will you make time for yourself today? 🙏

When something deep is asking to come forwards to be healed it can show up as ⚡️Magnified old wounds, ⚡️Things not aligning, ⚡️Energy changes and problems. Often this can lead us into trying to avoid or fix. But what usually is being asked is 💖The willingness to really explore and be with what’s arriving. 💖Without judging or already having the answer, but offering space for your inner child/wounded self to speak. Often to do this successfully, we need others to hold a space for that. Why? 🙏Because these wounds hold fear, and it’s generally not possible to hold ourselves whilst we explore deep fear/wounding, even the most competent, grounded, centred person will have vulnerable and fragile parts of self that need this. 🫶If you need to reach out, whether it’s just for a supportive chat, or ether it’s for something I offer, then please connect. 🫶We all need something at different times. And the world can sometimes be a challenge when these pieces are coming forwards.
