Hey I'm Grace and I am a 1:1 Diet Consultant supporting people all over the UK to reach their weight loss goals, whilst working on their mindset along the way towards a happier and healthier future. I myself have lost over 12 1/2 stone successfully on this plan back in 2015 and I am so passionate about working alongside others towards a successful weight loss journey into maintenance. My role as a consultant is to support, guide and encourage you every step of the way. There are 6 different steps to the 1:1 Diet so we will work closely together to find a plan and step that suits you and your needs. After all the step you will lose the most amount of weight on is the step you can stick to! Throughout your weight loss journey we will work on your mindset too and start tackling any bad or negative relationships you may have with food and through the process of working our way slowly up the steps we will stabilise your weight loss and ensure you are feeling confident with your maintenance journey. I offer weekly 1:1 phone/video call consultations. where we will have a chance to catch up each week and talk about any challenges you are faced with in the coming week and what we can do to overcome them.
