LifeTalks LifeTalks run by Ben Jearum is a Counselling service based in Surrey. I also offer clinical supervision to counsellors and other professionals.

I work with both adults and young people offering one to one counselling either face to face or online. My name is Ben Jearum, and I began my journey into counselling when I faced my own struggles in life and at that point realised I couldn’t work it out on my own (I did try!). With this realisation I entered counselling and went through my own therapeutic process which led me to a deeper understanding of myself and the struggles I faced. With this newfound knowledge I underwent extensive training to become a qualified Counsellor and I now dedicate myself to continuing this learning process and sharing what I have learnt to help others. My work with young people and adults covers many areas including anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, depression and panic attacks.
