✨ Christmas Eve Gentle Yoga & Yoga Nidra | 9:00–10:00am ✨
Take a peaceful pause before the festivities begin with this nourishing Christmas Eve yoga session. We’ll move gently through slow, grounding postures to release tension, soften the body, and calm the mind — suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
The class will close with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) to leave you feeling centred, clear, and quietly joyful.
After our practice, stay a little while to share tea and mince pies, a moment of warmth and community before the holiday begins.
Wrap yourself in something cosy, bring a blanket for relaxation, and gift yourself this hour of calm and care before Christmas Day. 🎄🕯️

It’s Christmas, and Mog’s house is full of strange noises and peculiar smells. Everyone is busy hanging holly and blowing up balloons 🎈, and where is that tree going . . . ?🎄
Mog’s first story, Mog the Forgetful Cat , was first published in 1970, and Mog has been delighting children all over the world with her escapades ever since. There are 21 in the Mog series.

Bring young children along to our Read and Rhyme sessions at Biddenden Community Library, All Saints, TN27 8AJ at 11.00 on Thursdays and 10.15 on Saturdays to enjoy ‘Mog’s Christmas’ by Judith Kerr. We’ll enjoy an early Merry Christmas with Mog and her family. 🥰

At our R&R sessions, we enjoy a range of stories, songs and rhymes designed to encourage the development of speaking and listening skills through confident interaction with peers. Children are encouraged to explore a range of percussion instruments.

With perinatal mental health at the heart of every class, we create a calm, welcoming space where you can connect with other parents, share your experiences, and find support in a non-judgmental environment. Each session ends with tea, coffee, and treats—because you deserve it.

As the seasons change, so too is HappyFace Yoga — and I’m happy to share what’s next! Over the coming months, I’ve been evolving what I offer to better reflect what truly lights me up and where my passion lies.

✨ You can expect more adult yoga classes, with fresh themes and opportunities to connect, move, and unwind together. Would love to host full moon retreats and maybe even women's circles so watch this space!

🫧 There will also be lots more pop-up Bath Babies sessions because those joyful, splashy moments are my favourite baby session. I'm hoping to bring this session to different areas and locations so watch this space!

Meanwhile there is one big change which I've been toying with for months and I now really feel it's time..

💛 This current term of Movers and Shakers will be the very last. It’s been such a beautiful journey sharing these sessions with so many little ones and families — I’m endlessly grateful for every giggle, and smile. This has been a tough decision to make and I plan to have occasional pop up sessions with a more family feel in the future.

Everyone knows that CATS sit on MATS, HARES sit on CHAIRS, MULES sit on STOOLS and GOPHERS sit on
SOFAS. But FROG 🐸 really does NOT want to sit on a LOG! 🪵

‘Oi, Frog’ is by the award-winning Kes Gray and the winner of the Roald Dahl Funny Prize, Jim Field. This is a hilarious rhyming tale about a frog who discovers that all animals (according to CAT🤦🏼‍♀️🐈‍⬛) have their special places to sit. Spoiler alert, don’t tell FROG 🐸where DOG 🐶prefers to sit. 🫣

Come along to Read & Rhyme at 10.15 on Saturday to share this story. We’ll enjoy some wonderful songs and action rhymes together - some new and others old favourites. This is a free event. 🙀

The whistle will blow to warn us that the Treat Train 🚂 is ready to leave on its journey to the café. We’ll shout hallo to the busy librarians as we whizz past.👋🏻

After snacking over an activity, you can spend some time browsing the wonderful selection of children’s books in the library with your grown-up. It’s really easy to become a member so you can borrow books. 📚📕📚📗

R&R starts at 10.15 at Biddenden Community Library, All Saints TN27 8AH and all well-behaved grown-ups are welcomed with young children. There’ll be a special welcome to you older kids on an end-of-term break from school. 🥰
