I’m taking bookings for December as we all know we need a little bit of me time at this busy time of year 🌲

I have added ‘cupping’ to my therapies after completing my training. This can be a stand alone treatment or incorporated into your massage 🪷
Cupping Therapy is a safe technique using cups (suction cups) and causes tissue beneath the cups to draw toxins and any impurities to the surface.
Cupping can benefit-
Back pain
Joint & muscular pain
Rheumatic conditions
Stress & anxiety
Increase energy
Increase oxygen supply to tissues

Well, that’s my case studies completed and I am now certified in Thai Herbal Compress massage 🥳
