That’s an other month nearly gone 😳and we’re heading into March and lighter nights 🌞

I want to offer Reiki at a reduced price throughout March 💕

Reiki is a form of energy healing, discovered by Dr. Kikao Usui in the early 20th century and is a natural healing modality that helps you relax and allow the body to heal itself.
This is carried out with the recipient lying down, fully clothed, with myself lightly placing hands on different areas of the body.
You may feel warmth, coolness, tingling, or simply relaxed. Some may fall asleep or see colours or visulisations. Each session is different 💜

The usual price is £30 per treatment but during March I am offering it at
£20 for 45 mins or £25 for 60 mins 💛

I have added ‘cupping’ to my therapies after completing my training. This can be a stand alone treatment or incorporated into your massage 🪷
Cupping Therapy is a safe technique using cups (suction cups) and causes tissue beneath the cups to draw toxins and any impurities to the surface.
Cupping can benefit-
Back pain
Joint & muscular pain
Rheumatic conditions
Stress & anxiety
Increase energy
Increase oxygen supply to tissues
