So this may have taken alot longer than I had previously planned, after a year off on maternity leave, I will soon be taking appointments again. Not immediately, but very soon.
For those that have checked in and messaged asking when I am back to work, thank you for waiting patiently for my return. It means alot.
I am excited to be back doing what I love.

Merry Christmas everyone!
December has been a strange month this year usually one of the busiest times of the year. This year a torn muscle forced me to slow down.
Hope you all manage to do the same over Christmas and new year, and let's hope 2024 is a better year for all.

I would like to Congratulate one of my ladies Gill, on her huge achievement of completing her 6th and final marathon in Chicago.
This is an incredible achievement and I am so proud of you, not only completing one, but two marathons this year.

It's been a great privilege supporting you with sports massages on this achievement.
