Hope you are all well, I did a short walk before breakfast in my garder, befor I go to the salon. Tiday a nice steady busy day🙂
But here us a bit of a help with nutritiin fir a warm day like today🤗.

Today’s menu is all about whole foods, balance and keeping the body energised without feeling heavy.
🥣 Breakfast: Creamy porridge with seeds and added yoghurt for extra protein, healthy fats and gut support.
🍅 Lunch: Homemade SATARAŠ — roasted peppers, tomatoes and 2 eggs. A simple traditional dish full of flavour, antioxidants and goodness your body actually understands.
🍎🍌🍊 Snacks: Fresh fruit through the day to keep energy naturally steady and hydration up.
💧 And of course… plenty of water with lemon.
No extremes. No complicated diets. Just real food, warm weather, easy meals and listening to your body 🤍

This is the kind of meal I love recommending for warm days, weight loss support and overall wellbeing.
Simple foods… but nutritionally powerful. 🌿
🥗 Bell pepper, tomato & cucumber
Rich in fibre, antioxidants, hydration and vitamin C to support immunity, digestion and skin health.
🧀 Feta cheese
Provides protein, calcium and healthy fats that help keep you satisfied for longer.
