sauna and ice bath is now open you will need to sign before using it and shower

so ladies and gents the sauna now has a door outside . the shoulder press is in and having the seating re upholstered and the abb machines are now in the top room . lots of work gone on last few days . sauna is out of use for one more day while we tidy up the inside .

so the decking is done door goes in tomorrow and then we can set up the ice bath

guys and girls we are finding food down the sides of the treadmills and machines even yoghurt... if we catch you eating anywhere apart from the seated area you will be barred. dropped food attacks rats .. rats chew threw things and s**t everywhere . they also nest and have babies It stops please .

Unfortunately guys and girls we've had to evacuate the gym due to a serious gas leak . Northern gas are on the way but the gym will be closed the rest of today
