Today one of my clients arrived with these beautiful flowers from her garden for our final session together.

What touched me most was not the flowers themselves, but what they represented.

Sessions with me are a team effort. I can provide knowledge, understanding, tools, support and a space to choose next steps - but it is my clients who do the work between sessions. They are the ones who practise small steps, practise new habits, challenge old patterns and keep moving forward.

The end of therapy is never a goodbye to progress. It is a celebration of one.

Today was one of those moments.

I am incredibly proud of every client who chooses to invest in themselves and take those steps forward. It is an honour to walk alongside them for part of their journey.

There is something really powerful about creating with your hands 🧶

Whether it is knitting, crochet, embroidery or sewing, the gentle rhythm helps your mind slow down, giving your brain a break from overthinking and allowing your nervous system to settle.

Add in connection, conversation and learning something new… and you begin to gently empty your stress bucket.

That is what Knit & Nourish is all about 🤍
A calm, welcoming space to slow down, connect and reset.

Bring whatever you enjoy — knitting, crochet, stitching or something you are just starting.

I am really pleased to now be a Wellbeing Partner at Clinic 51.

I will be there every Tuesday offering Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, supporting women with anxiety, overwhelm, sleep, confidence and the emotional impact of menopause.

My work is grounded in the understanding of how the brain works. When we begin to make sense of why we think, feel and respond the way we do, things start to feel calmer, more manageable and easier to move forward.

Clinic 51 is a warm and supportive space dedicated to women’s health and I am really looking forward to being part of such a knowledgeable and caring team.

If you would like to find out more or book a free introductory call, feel free to get in touch via my website.

A 360° Look at Your Brain, with Guided Hypnotherapy. Led by Clinical Hypnotherapist & psychotherapist Sammi Leese of

This 90 minute workshop offers a clear, supportive, and practical understanding of how the mind and nervous system work, and why we feel the way we do.

We will explore how everyday thoughts, habits, and experiences influence the chemicals released in the body, and what you can do to support balance, calm, and emotional wellbeing.

The session is educational, reassuring, and focused on practical tools you can use in daily life.

The workshop finishes with a 20 minute guided hypnotherapy relaxation, designed to calm the nervous system, support regulation, and help embed what you have learned.

A welcoming space for anyone wanting to better understand themselves, feel calmer, and gain practical strategies to cope with the demands of everyday life.

Last night was our very first Knit & Nourish evening 🧶

A warm, relaxed space filled with conversation, creativity, and a chance to slow things down for a couple of hours.

There is something incredibly powerful about sitting together, hands busy, minds settling, and simply being present.

When we give the brain a break from constant thinking and doing, it begins to rebalance naturally.
Calmer.
Clearer.
More connected.

No pressure.
No expectations.
Just time to pause, create, and enjoy the moment.

Thank you to everyone who came along — it was such a lovely evening 🤍

The next Knit & Natter will be on Wednesday 22nd April, 7–9pm

If you would like to join us, you are very welcome.
