I am very pleased to share that from the New Year I will be offering hypnotherapy at every Friday.

Mill Yard is a peaceful and restorative space which makes it the perfect setting for therapy. Being surrounded by nature, calm and creativity allows your nervous system to settle more easily, helping you relax into sessions and gain more from the work we do together.

Hypnotherapy can support anxiety, low mood, confidence, sleep problems, stress, overwhelm, trauma, and unhelpful habits. It helps you understand your mind, calm your nervous system, and gently change patterns that no longer serve you.

I am really looking forward to working from this beautiful space and welcoming you there. It feels like such a special place to offer this work and I cannot wait to share it with you.
