Join us in congratulating Dawn, who has lost an incredible 7st and dropped 7 dress sizes without ever missing out on chocolate or carbs 🙌!

Dawn’s determination to lose weight for her friend's wedding, combined with the support she found in her Slimming World group, has led to her making positive lifestyle changes. As a real foodie, she loves that she was able to lose weight while eating the food she loves too, like pasta, potatoes and chocolate – there's no food FOMO here 👀💕.

Feeling prepared is one of the biggest changes Dawn has made, by creating weekly meal plans ahead of time as well as checking out restaurant menus before enjoying meals out with her husband Ben! “I lost 9lbs in the first week and that was a lightbulb moment for me 💡 – this time I was determined I would lose weight and keep it off 💪!” Sue started to go through the menopause and experienced between 15 and 20 hot flushes a day. Her doctor suggested her symptoms might lessen if she lost weight – this was the kick-start she needed to join her local Slimming World group ❤. Now an incredible 9st lighter, Sue says she has so much more energy and is looking forward to enjoying life and embracing her new self 🥰!
